Check-up

First step is to figure out the overall state of your org. I do this with a combination of things, including the built-in Optimizer and Health Check. Each of those provides a detailed list of things that should be addressed to improve performance and ease overall maintenance and adminstrative headaches.

Dive deep

Other things that can impact usability and administrative costs are overall Code Coverage and other technical debt that’s been built up over time. I’ll review your triggers, Aura components, LWC, installed packages, etc, and get a real understanding of what we should clean up to get your org running smoothly, like I know it can.

Clean up

Tackle the clean-up all at once, or a little at a time. It’s amazing how quickly the Health Check score can go from “Very Poor” to “Very Good” or even “Excellent" in a very short time.
